On Armenian side, the deal was signed by a permanent representative to the UN Karen Nazarian, on Ugandan one – by his colleague Richard Nduhura. On the same day Nazarian and Mauritius permanent representative to the UN Milan Meetarbhan inked a deal to establish Armenian-Mauritian diplomatic ties. ![]() ![]() Ruben Vardanyan expressed conviction that his people will stay strong amid Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Lachin corridor. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Rosa Linn took the opportunity to take her stance against the ongoing blockade of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh.
