Abramovich’s resignation was prompted by the law prohibiting officials from possessing of property abroad that entered into force on May 7, 2013. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
