Roadside bomb kills 3 NATO service members in Afghanistan July 23, 2013 - 13:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - NATO said a roadside bomb has killed three of its service members in eastern Afghanistan. According to The Associated Press, it said in a statement that the three were killed Tuesday, July 23. NATO did not provide their nationalities or any other details. So far this month, seven members of the U.S.-led international coalition have been killed, for a total of 98 this year. Of those, 70 have been identified as Americans.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot".
