ARMENIAN PRESIDENT TO PAY OFFICIAL VISIT TO RUSSIA JANUARY 16January 15, 2003 - 22:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - January 16 Armenian president Robert Kocharian will leave for Russian on official visit. According to the report of the press service of the president of Armenia, within the framework of the visit Robert Kocharian will meet with Russian president Vladimir Putin, prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov, State Duma speaker Gennady Seleznyov, chairman of the Federal Council Sergey Mironov, Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov. In the course of the visit Armenian-Russian negotiations of broadened composition will be held. R.Kocharian will visit the Armenian pavilion in the All-Russian Exhibition Center, as well as will hold a meeting with "ITERA" group chairman Igor Makarov. At Diplomatic Academy R.Kocharian will meet with the teaching staff. The president's meeting with representatives of the Armenian community is also planned. January 18 R.Kocharian will meet with OSCE Minsk group co-chairs. The same day the Armenian delegation headed by the president will leave for Krasnodar, where meetings with the district leadership will be held. The delegation will return to Yerevan January 18 evening.
