OSCE Mission to monitor NKR-Azerbaijani contact lineMarch 3, 2015 - 10:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In accordance with the agreement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic, the OSCE Mission will conduct Wednesday, March 4, planned monitoring of the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces to the northwest of Talish village of NKR’s Martakert area. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine) and staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg (Sweden), as well as by Head of the OSCE High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) Colonel Markus Widmer (Switzerland), NKR MFA press office reported. From the opposite side of the line of contact, the monitoring will be conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistant Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria), as well as by representative of the OSCE High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) Colonel Tuncay Sevim (Turkey).
