RA President Ordered to Take Essential Measures to Disclose Hovasapyan's MurderSeptember 6, 2006 - 14:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian ordered the law enforcement bodies to take all the measures essential for the soonest disclosure of the killing of Shahen Hovasapyan, the head of the operating and investigating department of RA State Tax Service, RA leader's Spokesman Victor Soghomonyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He condemned the criminal activities targeted against the strengthening of the tax administration and creation of equal taxation terms. Victor Soghomonyan said, the RA President conveyed his condolences to the family of the killed. To remind, this morning, Shahen Hovasapyan's service car exploded. Hovasapyan died immediately; the driver was gravely injured and taken to hospital. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
