In his words, GUAM countries have arranged and submitted a respective memorandum to the UN Secretary-General, grounding the proposal on inclusion of the issue in the session agenda. «The Ukrainian party proceeds from the point that implementation of the initiative will promote further focusing of international community's attention on the need to activate efforts to settle frozen conflicts in territories of our partners: Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova.
