A Google Doodle, created by Kevin Laughlin, shows a small illustration of the probe spinning around Pluto to honor its groundbreaking journey, Time says. In reality, the probe is much bigger, weighing around one thousand pounds and traveling at 31,000 m.p.h. But it’s a long jaunt across the galaxy — approximately three billion miles to be precise.
