Abramorama nabs Israel-set indie “Rock in the Red Zone”October 23, 2015 - 13:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Abramorama will release the new documentary, “Rock in the Red Zone”, in theaters nationwide starting Nov. 12, the company announced Thursday, October 22, according to TheWrap. Laura Bialis’ film follows musicians in Sderot, an Israeli city that has been the target of ongoing rocket fire from the Gaza strip. The distribution company plans a Nov. 12 opening in New York, followed by Los Angeles on Dec. 2 with more cities to be added. The film features musicians such as Avi Vaknin, Robby Elmaliah, Hagit Yaso and Micha Biton, as well as the music of Kobi Oz & The Teapacks, Knesiyat Hasechel, Sfatayim, Micha Biton and Avi Vaknin.
