"Colour Revolutions" Are Not Expected in Armenia, Stated RA President

PanARMENIAN.Net - No "colour revolutions" are expected in Armenia, stated President Robert Kocharian during the interview to the central TV companies of Armenia. In his words, the wave of 'colour revolutions' passed over some CIS countries, mainly leaving no positive memories in people of those states." At the same time he advised the donors of those revolutions not to chuck away money but to "build something good in Armenia."



Speaking on the upcoming elections in Armenia, the head of the Armenian State underlined that the main responsibilities to hold free and fair election lays on the political parties. Robert Kocharian stressed the prevalent practice to kindle passions across electoral falsifications. At the same time he added that passions are kindled by those parties, which cannot get the quality of votes which they wish.
