ARMENIANS OF GREAT BRITAIN WELCOMED WALSH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STATEMENT CALLING TURKEY TO RECOGNIZE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

PanARMENIAN.Net - The other day a meeting of representatives of British and Armenian organizations, as well as various local political parties was held in the National Assembly of Wales on the occasion of the most of Welsh parliamentarians voting for "Statement of opinions," which called Turkey to recognize the Armenian genocide. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, the Welsh National Assembly became the first legislative body of the United Kingdom to express its attitude towards the Armenian genocide.
