GoPro “leaks its upcoming Karma drone”September 6, 2016 - 11:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Not for the first time, GoPro is having problems keeping its upcoming releases under wraps. While we've already seen external leaks for the Hero5 action camera, there was also the Secret Life of Pets trailer in which the Karma drone bizarrely appeared to be shown, Digital Spy said. Now, the company has potentially dropped images of the drone online, with its release expected later this month after an official announcement. The since-removed preview, a thumbnail of the anticipated aircraft, appeared on several of the company's European websites, according to Digital Spy. The image on its French, Italian, Spanish and German websites showed off a black and white quadcopter, which linked directly to the company's Karma page, and was first spotted by notable GoPro leaker Konrad Iturbe. The site also showed off a previously unannounced stabiliser, which led directly to a 404 error page. GoPro will be holding an event on September 19 to show off the drone, potentially alongside Hero5.
