OSCE to conduct monitoring of Karabakh contact line Sept 14September 13, 2016 - 13:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission on Wednesday, September 14 will conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, in the eastern direction of the Karakhanbeyli settlement of the Fizuli region. From the positions of the Karabakh Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistants Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova) and Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria). The Karabakh authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and to ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members.
