Emma Stone, Shawn Mendes heading to

PanARMENIAN.Net - Emma Stone and Shawn Mendes are heading to "Saturday Night Live" next month. Stone is tapped as a host on December 3 while Mendes as a musical guest. The actress is currently doing a press tour for her new movie "La La Land" and the singer released his new studio album "Illuminate" in September, AceShowbiz said.

It will become Stone's third time as an "SNL" emcee. The "Aloha" beauty hosted the NBC sketch show twice in the past. She first did it in 2010 and then returned in 2011. Meanwhile, it will mark Mendes' debut as a performer on the comedy show.

After having Kristen Wiig and The xx over the weekend, "SNL" is taking a week off for Thanksgiving. To celebrate the holiday, the show is set to air a two-hour special featuring various holiday-themed sketches on Wednesday, November 23.
