OSCE envoys ready to organize meeting of Armenian, Azeri FMsFebruary 1, 2017 - 16:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs are ready to organize a meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers over the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Russian Co-chair Igor Popov said Wednesday, February 1. The meeting may be held on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in mid-February, Popov said. "The mediators are holding separate meetings with both foreign policy chiefs in Munich. If the ministers are interested, we will organize a joint meeting as well,” Popov added. Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said that a joint meeting is possible in the near future if Baku doesn't back off. "I can't confirm at the moment as it is still unclear what games Baku will play this time as they have done on many other occasions in the past. I mean, we agree on one thing, but they cite at the last minute some problems, even blaming the refusal to meet on the Armenian side," Nalbandian said Tuesday.
