Next OSCE monitoring of Artsakh contact line slated for July 19July 18, 2017 - 11:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will on Wednesday, July 19 conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between the armed forces of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) and Azerbaijan, at the Omar pass.
