  Azerbaijani citizen allegedly applies for Artsakh citizenship February 7, 2019 - 10:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A citizen of Azerbaijan named Rashad Alizade has reportedly applied for Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) citizenship. A source close to the country's Foreign Ministry broke the news to Artsakhpress but failed to provide more details.
