Medvedev congratulates Armenian President on Independence Day

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on Independence Day.



The message says that Armenia has fixed considerable progress in strengthening its statehood and its image on the international arena. Mr Medvedev also made special mention of friendly ties between the two states and wished the Armenian people wellbeing.
