Harutyunyan said prices for services will "dramatically" drop from January 1 and eventually reach those in Armenia. Karabakh-Telecom is holding a monopoly of stationary and mobile communication in Karabakh, and Harutyunyan said they have received no serious offers from another telecommunications operator. ![]() ![]() The United States believes there should be an international mission to provide transparency. Gegham Stepanyan has said at at least two civilians, including one child, have been killed in Azerbaijani assault.
