Karabakh says finishing 3G network deployment, readying for 4G

PanARMENIAN.Net - The entire territory of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) will be getting a 3G connectivity in early September, while Stepanakert – the capital – and other large cities will be getting 4G in 2021, President Arayik Harutyunyan said Wednesday, September 2.

Harutyunyan said prices for services will "dramatically" drop from January 1 and eventually reach those in Armenia.

Karabakh-Telecom is holding a monopoly of stationary and mobile communication in Karabakh, and Harutyunyan said they have received no serious offers from another telecommunications operator.
