Armenia reports 196 new coronavirus cases, 224 recoveries![]() September 3, 2020 - 10:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 196 to reach 44,271 on Friday, September 3 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 224 more people have recovered, three patients have died from Covid-19, while two others carrying the virus have died from other causes in the past 24 hours. A total of 1892 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 38,855 people have recovered, 887 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 271 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
