According to new assessment, the average salary will rise by 8 percent, connected with salary rise for employees of government-financed organizations. In private sector, the average annual growth will not exceed 3 percent. No pressure on price growth is expected in job market, as united labor force expenditure will decrease in private sector, resulting in decrease of pressure on expenditure growth in state sector.
