Armenian Foreign Minister travels to Moscow

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan is currently in Moscow on a short working visit, spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan said in the wee hours of Wednesday, October 21.

Mnatsakanyan last traveled to Moscow from October 11-13, to meet his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, as well as the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The Armenian Foreign Policy chief will also be traveling to Washington, DC to meet Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and Syrian and Libyan mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.

Donations can be made to Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, which has launched a fundraising campaign to support humanitarian efforts in Karabakh.
