Pashinyan skips Christmas service

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan did not participate in the Christmas Service on January 6 because he "is self-isolated due to the epidemic situation" in the country, government spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan said, according to Armenpress.

The mass was served in Yerevan's Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral.

The Prime Minister's office had announced in June 2020 that he and his entire family had contracted the coronavirus. They recovered several days later.

Pashinyan himself shared some quotes from the Gospel of Matthew:

"6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

"7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye. shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh. findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
