Armenian peacekeepers take part in multinational exercises

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian servicemen involved in a peacekeeping mission in Kosovo have taken part in multinational exercises, the Defense Ministry press service reports.

According to the scenario of maneuvers, the Armenian peacekeepers performed first aid and evacuated the victims of an explosion. The military command has highly appreciated the training of the Armenian peacekeepers, the Defense Ministry added.

Armenia has been participating in international peacekeeping missions since 2004. That same year, an Armenian platoon joined the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
