The platform reveals that Kocharyan is demanding to oblige Pashinyan to publicly refute statements he made about him and pay compensation in the amount of AMD 4 million (approximately $7500). Kocharyan, who was charged under Article 300.1 for overthrowing the constitutional order some 13 years ago, was recently acquitted. The case was related to the crackdown on peaceful protesters marching against the results of the presidential election in March 2008.
