"Recent developments on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border are both dangerous and worrying. Immediate de-escalation is needed. We continue to call on Azerbaijan to release all prisoners of war and detainees without delay," the Foreign Ministry of Luxembourg wrote. It also attached the statement from the European Union, which expressed the bloc's readiness to provide expertise and help to Armenia and Azerbaijan on border delimitation and demarcation.
