Karabakh serviceman wounded in Azerbaijan's ceasefire violation![]() September 17, 2021 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) serviceman Vruyr Shahramanyan was injured in Azerbaijan's ceasefire violation from across the contact line on Friday, September 17, the Defense Army reports. The command of the Russia peacekeeping contingent has been informed about the incident, which happened in the western section of the line of contact.
