Armenian soldier injured in Azerbaijan's provocation

PanARMENIAN.Net - An Armenian serviceman was injured in Azerbaijan's latest provocation on the border in Ararat province on Saturday, October 9, Pastinfo reports citing preliminary information.

The Defense Ministry has confirmed the news and promised to publish official confirmation as soon as more details emerge.

Also Saturday, a Karabakh civilian was killed by an Azerbaijani sniper while working in his pomegranate orchard near the town of Martakert, Hunan Tadevosyan, a spokesperson for Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Service for Emergency Situations, has confirmed.
