  Russian side investigating murder of Karabakh civilian by Azeris October 11, 2021 - 10:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) is investigating the murder of a Karabakh civilian by the Azerbaijani military with the involvement of representatives of both sides, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Sunday, October 10. "During agricultural work near the contact line in Martakert region on October 9, a civilian from the village of Mataghis was fatally wounded as a result of shelling from the Azerbaijani side," the statement reads. "The command of the Russian contingent is investigating the incident with the involvement of representatives of both sides․" Aram Tepnunts (b.1966) was murdered while working in his orchard near the town of Martakert.
