Avanesyan: 280,000 people fully vaccinated in ArmeniaNovember 8, 2021 - 13:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - More than 890,797 doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered in Armenia since the beginning of the vaccination program in the country, Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan told lawmakers on Monday, November 8. According to Avanesyan, 279,948 people, predominantly adults, have been fully vaccinated in the country. The Health Minister said the situation remains tense, maintaining that the only way to avoid death from coronavirus is to get the vaccine. Also Monday, Avanesyan also revealed that another pregnant woman, who was diagnosed with Covid-19, died in Armenia overnight. The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 810 to reach 321,243 on Monday. So far, 282,866 people have recovered, 6700 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1337 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
