  Azerbaijan shells Armenian positions in Syunik November 16, 2021 - 13:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan launched a new provocation in the province of Syunik on Tuesday, November 16, shelling the Armenian positions at the same time, the Defense Ministry reports. The Armenian side has opened retaliatory fire to hinder the Azerbaijani military's advancement. The Defense Ministry said more information will be provided later in the day.
