PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia and Armenia are holding consultations through military and diplomatic channels in connection with the escalation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Yerevan's Ambassador to Moscow Vardan Toghanyan told TASS on Tuesday, November 16.
