Azeri troops fire on, damage residential homes in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 11, at around 5:50 am, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces fired on residential houses in the villages of Karmir Shuka and Taghavard, Artsakh, (Nagorno Karabakh), Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan reports.

Three underage children and a woman were inside the house, who woke up to the shooting, Geghamyan said on a Facebook post, also publishing photos of the building targeted by the Azeris.

"I reaffirm the assertion that the Azerbaijan's criminal actions are of a regular and systemic nature, which is aimed at creating an atmosphere of fear and despair in Artsakh," Stepanyan said on Friday, February 11.

"Azerbaijan is going to continue its criminal attempts against the people of Artsakh until the international community unanimously condemns Azerbaijan's blatant unlawful acts against humanity."
