Armenia to participate in meeting on CIS air defense matters

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia will be joining a meeting on CIS air defense matters in the city of Shymkent, Kazakhstan, on Tuesday, April 12.

Besides Armenia, delegations from the defense departments of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will also participate in the meeting. It will also be attended by representatives of the CIS Executive Committee, the secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Commonwealth countries, representatives of the military-industrial complex and organizations involved in the study of air defense problems and the training of military personnel.

On April 12-14, Kazakhstan will also host joint computer command and staff exercises of the joint air defense system of the CIS member states Regional Security - 2022.
