  Yerevan, Paris agree to cooperate in culture, urban greening July 9, 2022 - 13:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan and Paris have agreed to expand cooperation in the fields of culture and urban greening, as well as create youth centers. The agreement was reached at a meeting between Yerevan mayor Hrachya Sargsyan and Paris mayor Ann Hidalgo on Thursday, July 7, when they reaffirmed the long and strong ties between the two cities. At the end of the meeting, Sargsyan presented a painting by the talented artist Martin Akoghlyan, to Hidalgo, which was created specifically for her. Titled "In the Mountains", the piece symbolizes the fighting and winning image of the Armenian people, Sargsyan's office said.   Top stories Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees.
