Three earthquakes hit Armenia-Georgia border![]() July 11, 2022 - 12:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Three earthquakes with magnitude of 4.4, 3.8 and 2․8 struck the border area between Armenia and Georgia on Monday, July 11, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports. The tremors happened at a depth of 10 km below the surface. They has not caused any damage, but was felt by many people as light vibration in the area of the epicenter and beyond. Weak shaking was felt in some communities of Shirak, Lori, Tavush and Aragatsotn provinces, as well as in Yerevan. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
