 Karabakh declares partial military mobilization August 3, 2022 - 18:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 3, President of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree declaring partial military mobilization. The move comes amid Azerbaijan's drone attack against Karabakh, which has killed at least 2 servicemen and injured 14 others since August 3 morning.
