The bonds are issued with the following conditions: -General coverage - 5 million USD -Quantity - 50 thousand -Nominal standing -100 USD -A circulation period- 27 months -The annual interest rate- 3.75 % -The coupons will be paid quarterly․ The bonds will be placed from November 28, 2022 to February 24, 2023 inclusive. After the placement, the bonds will be listed in the AMX (Armenia Securities Exchange) and will be quoted through the Marketmaker. To get IDBank bonds it is necessary to fill in the form and take it to the Bank.
