  EU envoy expected in Armenia on December 8 December 8, 2022 - 11:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar is traveling to Armenia, according to a tweet he posted on social media. Klaar said on Thursday, December 8 he was “looking forward to substantive meetings in the afternoon” in Yerevan. Since the European Union’s active involvement in Armenia-Azerbaijan processes and negotiations, Klaar has been regularly traveling to the country and meeting with top officials.
