Azerbaijani Foreign Minister ready for Armenia meeting “in a short time”![]() January 20, 2023 - 12:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku is ready to hold a meeting with Yerevan in a short time, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a meeting with NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia Javier Colomina on Thursday, January 20. According to media reports, Bayramov said Azerbaijan was ready to hold the next negotiating meeting in a short time and is determined to advance the peace agenda. Bayramov also denied Azerbaijan was keeping the residents of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) in blockade and creating a humanitarian crisis. Since December 12, the sole road connecting Nagorno Karabakh to Armenia - the Lachin Corridor - has been blocked by self-described Azerbaijani environmentalists.
