Armenian soldier injured in Azerbaijan’s shooting

PanARMENIAN.Net - An Armenian serviceman identified as D. P. was injured in Azerbaijan’s shooting from across the border on Tuesday, February 14 evening, the Ministry of Defense reports.

The soldier’s life is not in danger. An investigation into the details of the incident is underway.

The latest round of fighting between the two countries began in the wee hours of September 13, 2022 when the Azerbaijani military attacked Armenian posts and shelled Armenian settlements both on the border and deep behind the frontline. More than 200 people are dead or missing as a result, the Security Council of Armenia said several days after the attack.
