The U.S. State Department said Wednesday, April 12 that the use of force for resolving disputes is unacceptable and disrupts the negotiations process, the Voice of America’s Armenian service reports. According to the State Department, the use of force for resolving disputes is unacceptable, and the only way towards sustainable peace is around the negotiation table. Almost a dozen Armenian troops were killed in Azerbaijan’s latest provocation on April 11.
