Aram I: Karabakh right to self-determination can’t become subject of negotiation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, His Holiness Aram I has said that Artsakh's (Nagorno Karabakh) right to self-determination cannot become a subject of negotiation.

“According to the international law peoples have the right for self-determination,” said on Twitter Thursday, June 8.

“Therefore the people of Artsakh have the right for self-determination on their centuries old homeland.”
