  Azerbaijan fires on Armenian posts again September 16, 2023 - 12:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani military again opened fire to target Armenian positions in near the village of Jil, Gegharkunik province on Saturday, September 16 morning, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday.
