  Armenia must be able to defend sovereignty, people — France January 29, 2024 - 15:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ambassador of France to Yerevan Olivier Decottignies has said that Armenia must be able to defend its sovereignty and its population. “Honored to have taken part with the Defense Attaché at the Armenian Army Day,” the ambassador said in a statement on X Monday, January 29. “France assumes its defense relationship with Armenia and cultivates strategic intimacy between our two countries.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
