Greek Defense Minister expected in Armenia next week

PanARMENIAN.Net - Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias will visit Armenia next week, according to Yerevan’s ambassador to Athens Tigran Mkrtchyan.

“Honoured to be warmly received by Greece Defense Minister Nikos Dendias ahead of his official visit to Yerevan next week to discuss the agenda of deepening military cooperation between Greece and Armenia,” Mkrtchyan said in a post on X.

“Extremely important visit following PM Nikol Pashinyan’s Athens visit earlier.”

During his trip, Pashinyan held meetings with Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Parliament Speaker Konstantinos Tasoulas.
