Dashnaktsutyun: OSCE format most acceptable

PanARMENIAN.Net - Despite Azerbaijan's attempts to discredit the OSCE Minsk Group, it's the best format for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.



"Balance in talks is maintained by this format, which is disadvantageous for Azerbaijan, since it can't involve Turkey in the process," said Armen Rustamian, Dashnaktsutyun party member.



He also underscored that his party always stood for participation of Nagorno Karabakh in the negotiation process.
