Temperatures in Armenia to rise by 6-9 degrees from July 11

PanARMENIAN.Net - A sharp rise in temperatures is expected across Armenia starting July 11, increasing by 6 to 9 degrees Celsius. According to forecasts, short-term rain and thunderstorms are likely in several communities on the afternoons of July 10 and 15. Some areas may also experience hail.

No precipitation is anticipated from July 11 to 14.

Southwesterly winds are forecasted at 2-5 m/s. However, during thunderstorms on July 10 and 15, wind gusts may intensify to 18-20 m/s. In the evenings from July 10 to 15, strong winds of 16-20 m/s are expected in Armavir, the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn, and Yerevan.

In Yerevan, short showers and thunderstorms are possible on the evening of July 10. No precipitation is forecast from July 11 to 15, although evening wind speeds could reach 15-18 m/s.
