As of April 21, a total of 7,610 tons of diesel fuel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline have been delivered from Azerbaijan to Armenia. Earlier, Armenia’s State Revenue Committee reported that from December 2025 to April 15, 2026, 9,337 tons of Azerbaijani-origin fuel were imported into Armenia via Georgia by rail, with a total customs value of $7.2 million. This included 5,398 tons of diesel fuel worth $4.3 million and 3,939 tons of gasoline worth $2.9 million. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
