Galstyan re-elected as Central Bank chairman

PanARMENIAN.Net - Martin Galstyan has been re-elected as Chairman of the Central Bank following a closed and secret ballot in Armenia’s National Assembly.

Out of 107 lawmakers, 69 took part in the vote. A total of 69 ballots were found in the box, with no invalid votes recorded, according to Armenpress.

As a result, all 69 participating deputies voted in favor of Galstyan’s candidacy.

Martin Galstyan has served as Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia since June 13, 2020.
